Cancellation Policy
Payment: No session is confirmed until payment is received. Invoices will be sent to client upon registration/or prior contact. Receipt/proof of payment will also resent via email. Coaching/Class spots will not be held until payment is made. Cancellation: Coaching sessions can be cancelled or re-scheduled. Cancellations up to 48 hours before start time are entitled to a refund or "MOH credit" to be used at a late time. Any cancellations afterwards forfeits payment made. Sessions: The coach reserves the right to cancel a session if the client is more than 15 minutes late before joining the session. Should this happen, the client forfeits any payment made.
